It’s Ronald, Josh’s Finance Director. I’ll level with you: We’re falling behind on our fundraising this month, so I’m setting a goal of raising $5,000 by our mid-month fundraising checkpoint on the 17th to keep us on track ahead of the major FEC deadline at the end of September.

Before I tell you a bit more about why it’s so important for us to stay on track, I have to ask: Will you chip in whatever you can today?

Our next FEC filing deadline is coming up at the end of this month. After this critically important deadline, we’ll have to publicly report our fundraising numbers, and all eyes will be on our team to see if we have what it takes to flip this seat from red to blue.

While we’re relying on the contributions of grassroots supporters like you, Marc Molinaro has been raking in cash from GOP special interests. Kevin McCarthy came to NY-19 to headline a high-dollar fundraiser for Molinaro’s campaign, and Elise Stefanik just committed $100 million to helping Molinaro hold on to his seat this cycle. And that’s to say nothing of the checks Molinaro is cashing from the gun lobby and the oil lobby!
