As we enjoyed a glimpse of spring this week, I found myself thinking about all of the places I want to explore with my daughter in Maine this summer. Many of these special places exist because of the Land for Maine’s Future (LMF) program.

Maine's amazing state parks, thousands of acres of protected land, and working waterfronts are a treasure to all of us who live in and visit our beautiful state.

However, inaction by lawmakers and years of neglect by the previous administration has left our most successful land protection program—  Land for Maine's Future (LMF) — unfunded for years.

We've got a real shot to convince our legislators to pass the Land for Maine’s Future bond this session — the first time in years.
