Nevada is working to find out why drug costs are so high and what can be
done about that and we need you! 

Tomorrow, Friday, February 28 at 9 am, state leaders are holding the
second interim legislative hearing on the cost of prescription drugs.
Legislators need to hear from their constituents about the continuing
problem of rising drug costs.

The subsequent hearings are scheduled for Thursday, March 26th and
Tuesday, May 5, 2020.

Senate Bill 276 directs the Legislative Commission to appoint a committee
to conduct an interim study concerning the costs of prescription drugs as
well as explore opportunities and options for making those drugs more
affordable for Nevada residents. The committee will report its findings
and recommendations to the Legislative Committee on Health Care and the
