A poll from earlier this summer had me in a statistical tie with an anti-choice extremist in the race for Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate seat.
As you may remember, last year, Republican Ron Johnson won Wisconsin’s other Senate seat by just 1%.
The fact of the matter is that Wisconsin is home to some of the most competitive elections in the country — and this race is shaping up to be no different.
Potential self-funding opponents — along with Mitch McConnell and his dark money donors — are willing to spend big to attack my record and flip Wisconsin red, so it’s going to take all of us to keep building a grassroots campaign strong enough to fight back.
