Dear New York City,
We hear you! We see you out there peacefully protesting the Southern Border Invasion that has reached your doors as AOC calls for more spending to solve the crisis that the Biden Administration and Congress has created.
Unplanned, open border immigration is a catastrophe for the country, but especially for the lower- and middle-class families!
Recently we reported on the staggering job displacement numbers that are impacting our most vulnerable community, the 63% that are living paycheck to paycheck, have burned through their savings, and are even maxing out their credit to keep up with suffocating inflation.
Staggering figures have revealed that over 1.2million US-born workers lost their jobs last month while the foreign-born workforce increased by nearly 700,000 - as migrants continue to flood across the border under the Biden administration. [ [link removed] ]
We hear your outcry as 20,000 new non-English speaking children enter the already overcrowded, underperforming NY City school system. NY City school cost per student is the highest in the nation and continues to climb, despite the quality and success rate’s continued decline. 2023 projected cost for each English-speaking public-school child is $31,434, up 20% in the past 4 years; the cost goes up when special needs must be met.
The cost to taxpayers to fund the education of these unplanned, illegal aliens is $629 million!
$629,000,000 per year! Imagine what taxpayers could achieve for NY City kids if these funds went towards their children!
We hear your outrage over increased crime.
We hear your outrage over migrant camps being set up in school gym’s, club spaces, school zones, and more…
We hear your outrage over sidewalk encampments.
Policy makers including NY City Mayor Eric Adams is guilty of participating in the migrant charity money laundering scheme which has encouraged illegal immigration UNTIL they reached maximum capacity and migrants began to spill out visibly on the streets. [ [link removed] ]
Let’s Be Part of the SOLUTION!
Throwing more Federal and State Tax dollars at this problem is not the solution. This simply enriches those responsible for creating this illegal immigration crisis.
Ending Border Patrol discretion to grant asylum seekers parole in the United States instead of forcing applicants to remain in place and apply from their home countries is a solution!
Restoring Remain in Mexico policy that demonstrably worked is a solution.
Closing the many US FUNDED CAMPS in the Darian Gap, instead of Mayorkas working to increase the camp sizes to triple and quadruple the size is a solution.
Shutting down free bus services throughout Central America that deliver migrants from 150 countries to the foothills of the Darian Gap and picking them up on the other side is a solution.
Defunding and Exiting UNICEF who is aiding migrants from 150 countries to fund and direct airfare to Central America, encouraging migrants to make their way through the Darian Gap to the US is a solution.
Passing important legislation that ends bogus asylum claims and ‘discretion’ of border patrol agents who are told to simply issue temporary VISAS, work permits, and taxpayer assistance is a solution.
Passing Chip Roy’s ‘Suspend All Illegal Entries’ is a solution. [ [link removed] ]
WE HAVE HEARD YOU! WE ARE YOU!
Now it’s time to make your local, state, and federal elected officials HEAR YOU!
It’s important to publicly demonstrate opposition and to rally together, but it’s not enough to change policy. Writing and calling your officials is how WE change policy.
Let’s put our elected officials on notice that re-electability at any level depends on whether they fight for us and fight to close the border. We must declare a national emergency and stop the border invasion, expediting all pending court hearings this year! We must expedite illegal migrant removal-
· before our cities are bankrupted,
· before innocent citizens are maimed and murdered,
· before any more Americans lose their jobs,
· before our kids are completely displaced in our schools, and
· before any more preventable fentanyl deaths.
It’s time to put your City Mayor, Sheriff, Governor, state lawmakers, and federal lawmakers on speed dial! Call them every day until they close the border. Write them every day until they send these illegal immigrant’s home.
It’s time to ACT NOW and make your voice heard and counted where it matters most!
