John, I didn't go
to Washington to play by the rules, I went to write them. And right now,
the rules that are supposed to prevent corruption and ensure
accountability are way too lax.

That’s why I have a bill to strengthen disclosure requirements for elected
officials’ travel—because rounds of golf with a politician shouldn’t be
sold to the highest bidder. ⬇️

flights and trips.

This isn’t just a Ron DeSantis problem. Our Supreme Court doesn’t even
have a Code of Ethics, and Members of Congress continue to trade stocks in
the industries they’re supposed to oversee.

I’ve introduced bills to effectively ban Congressional stock trading,
support reforming the Supreme Court, and was the only Democrat to oppose
earmarks (a way of funding politicians' pet projects) when Congress
brought them back in 2021.

Holding power to account will always be one of my top priorities in
Washington. That's why I'm the only candidate in this race who doesn't
take checks from federal lobbyists. [ [link removed] ]That means our campaign really
relies on folks like you, so if you can—consider making a donation today.
