Hi,

Did Elon Musk unilaterally interfere with the Ukrainian war effort through his control of Starlink satellite service?

Questions are swirling after the New York Times reported that Musk acknowledged withholding Starlink satellite service to thwart Ukrainian military operations.1 The American people, the U.S. government, and the world have the right to know exactly what Musk did with the satellite services he provided in Ukraine, and the impact it had on the armed conflict that the United States is spending tens of billions of dollars on.

Sign the petition: Tell Congress to investigate Elon Musk’s role in disrupting satellite services in Ukraine.

These revelations raise both new and old questions about the control of billionaires and Big Tech companies over critical aspects of society. If Elon Musk can flip a switch and disrupt planned Ukrainian military operations, or prevent service from operating in certain areas, a billionaire is able to single-handedly make a decision with major impacts on an international armed conflict.

A Ukrainian adviser to President Zelensky claimed that Musk interfered with Ukraine’s operations, allowed Russia to fire cruise missiles at Ukraine, and put civilians in grave danger.2

These claims and Musk’s admission provide plenty of reason for Congress to launch a full investigation into what happened.

Add your name: Congress must investigate Musk’s role in Ukraine.

Thanks for taking action,

Tihi and the team at Demand Progress
