Announcing the 2023 Stewart B. McKinney Awardees... the incredible contributors to the Unhoused & Undercounted series; the Center for Public Integrity, Street Sense Media, WAMU Radio/DCist, and the Seattle Times!
The Unhoused & Undercounted series has used the tools of excellent journalism, interviews, storytelling, and data to raise the public’s consciousness of homelessness and the barriers to securing and maintaining affordable housing in the United States. The McKinney Award is bestowed upon individuals or organizations that have raised awareness about and advanced solutions to homelessness and poverty. This inspiring collaboration of media producers has gone above and beyond in their work which is why the Law Center is honored to award them with the 2023 Stewart B. McKinney Award.
