Parents, caregivers and youth in DC’s lowest-income neighborhoods have always advocated for their families and communities. Children’s Law Center is committed to supporting their efforts for sustained change – whether it’s partnering with youth leaders working for safe and welcoming schools or with former clients using what they learned from their own legal cases to help their neighbors advocating with landlords and schools.
This work would not be possible without the commitment and support of the Children’s Law Center community: our staff and board members, family leaders, advocacy partners, sponsors and donors, pro bono volunteers, Kite Club members and everyone else dedicated to supporting DC kids and families.
