John,

A key date is approaching: October 23rd is the voter registration deadline here in Pennsylvania. That means we only have X days left to register voters for the November election! We don’t have any time to waste…

To increase youth voter turnout, we are conducting voter registration and civic education, meeting students where they are – on their campuses. To do this, we have organized voter registration blitzes at campuses across PA.

In order to further our democracy, we must ensure that young people are informed, engaged, and ready to vote. That’s why, this fall, we are centering the youth in our work and launching a massive voter registration campaign at high schools, college campuses, and universities across Pennsylvania.

Donate $20.23 now to fund our youth voter registration campaign so we can register as many students on PA campuses as possible →

This work is critical. The Civics Center found low voter registration rates among 18-year-olds in the most populous areas of the Commonwealth. With crucial elections just around the corner, we must do what we can to improve those stats.

Our goal is to register Gen Z voters the old-fashioned way. By meeting them on their campuses so we can ensure they feel heard and help them register to vote! In the 2022 Midterms, Gen Z was critical for Democrats nationwide, and 2024 will be no different. That's why we are registering them now so they can become consistent voters for the rest of their lives.

We know how to pull this off. Last year, we successfully registered more than 400 students at Penn State University Park during a 3-day blitz and more than 50 students in one day at Bloomsburg University. We are hoping to DOUBLE our impact, but we cannot do it alone.

Youth empowerment is one of the New Pennsylvania Project’s top priorities, but we need your help. Will you chip in $25 right now to help us register as young voters at campuses across the Commonwealth? [link removed]

In solidarity,

Team NPP
