They’re desperate.

An appeals court just ruled that, yes, government officials likely violated the First Amendment when they pressured tech platforms to censor posts — even those deemed factually accurate — that countered the official COVID narrative.
The New York Supreme Court just ordered NYC officials to reinstate — with back pay — 10 teachers fired for refusing the COVID vaccine.
