Zero Hour is looking to hire four organizers to lead our #Vote4OurFuture campaign in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Organizers should be passionate individuals committed to solving the climate crisis using politics, government, activism, and community engagement. Applicants should also be dedicated to Zero Hour’s mission and be able to work and connect with other activists. Examples of tasks would be registering voters, building and overseeing partnerships with local chapters, and other community organizations, hosting town halls and upholding our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We are looking for organizers who have experience working or volunteering with electoral and issue-based organizing campaigns. These are paid positions, with 20-hour work weeks in Phase 1 from May 1st through August 1st and 40-hour workweeks in Phase 2 from August 2nd through election day.
