A federal judge stuck down parts of Arizona voter suppression law House Bill 2492. Among its provisions, the law requires strict proof of citizenship to vote.

There will be at least two trials in the Fulton County election subversion case, as a judge separated Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell's cases from Trump and all other defendants. Chesebro and Powell's trial begins on Oct. 23.
