Hi John, I’m Eddie Barron and for more than 7 years, I’ve had the honor of being married to my favorite person and an agent of change, Raquel Terán. Her love and care for our community has brought her from her roots as a community activist to a political organizer, to an elected official, and now a candidate for Congress.
Running for Congress takes resources, and Raquel’s campaign is building a grassroots donor program so Raquel can spend more time knocking doors, engaging with voters, and listening to our community – and not stuck on the phone dialing for dollars. I know first-hand how persuasive Raquel can be knocking on doors because that’s how we met! It was during the 2012 campaign season.
