In two weeks, we’ve got to report our fundraising numbers to the Federal Elections Commission (FEC). That means the public and press get a clear look at our fundraising numbers. They use this to craft a narrative for 2024 and pick out winners and losers.

Friend, political winners and losers should not be picked based on fundraising totals. They should be picked off of who - and who is not - delivering for the American people. House Democrats are fighting for consumers, to reduce junk fees, cut down on robocalls, make historic investments in clean energy, and protect women’s health freedom. Republicans are pursuing an impeachment inquiry and planning to shut down the federal government — again.

But if we want to get back to work for the American people, we’ve got to fundraise. That’s why I’m reaching out to let you know that my team is currently short of our mid-month online fundraising goal.
