"We're going to have to start fighting more together here in US, pushing back against those forces, in the culture often, but also in business, government, education and health care that are trying to limit religious freedom here at home. We've got to stand up for these things or else our rights are going to continue to get restricted or prohibited." Sam Brownback

The Open Records Formal Request reads in part;
"Recently it was revealed that UT Tyler allowed a 6 ft tall man to play on the Women's tennis team for over two years (2021-2023).
I sent this letter last week demanding UT Tyler produce all records related to this decision to allow men to play women’s sports.

As of September 1 the Save Women’s Sports Act is law in Texas— it is illegal for men to unfairly compete against women in college sports in Texas."

This MUST STOP! Texas Values will continue the fight to help save women's sports in Texas!

Senator Middleton discusses this issue in person at our Policy Forum THIS WEEKEND in Austin at Great Hills Baptist Church!

Texas Values is helping school districts & teachers from across the state by providing them with a list and descriptions of the new laws affecting Texas school districts & students.

Read the Press Release here and the letter we sent to all Texas Public School Districts to inform them of new Texas laws that went into effect September 1, 2023

The intent of these new laws was and is, to protect students and restore parental rights. We urge school districts to implement this legislation as intended and encourage you to share this information with family and friends.

If you or your student faces an infringement on any of the rights listed, please contact us at (512) 478-2220 or email.
