Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Jerry Nadler’s (D-NY) allegiance to the Deep State is astonishing.

These are the same Deep State stooges who pushed impeachment through for Nancy Pelosi and their statist puppet masters.

Now, with a congressional showdown over reauthorization of the so-called “USA Freedom Act” -- the phony reform Congress replaced Section 215 of the “PATRIOT Act” with in 2015 -- coming to a head, Schiff and Nadler are pushing their own scheme to keep Deep State spying running at full blast!

Your action today could decide whether Congress chomps down on Rep. Schiff and Rep. Nadler’s scheme to continue Deep State domestic spying powers they’ve PROVEN they’ll abuse -- all under the guise of “reform!”

You see, the House Judiciary Committee scheduled to take up  Schiff & Nadler's Deep State Spying scheme TODAY -- so there isn’t much time!

So, will you please sign the “STOP THE SCHIFF/NADLER DEEP STATE SPYING SHAM” petition I’ve prepared for you immediately?

As you’ll see, these petitions DEMAND that your U.S. Representative, Senators, and the President oppose the Schiff/Nadler Deep State Spying Bill and any reauthorization of the Deep State’s spying powers on American citizens.

While being sold as a “reform” because it says government must eventually destroy records they seize (if they feel like it), the Schiff/Nadler Deep State Spying scheme is every bit as bad as what’s already on the books.

That’s not surprising.  They snuck legislation out mere hours before taking it up in Nadler’s House Judiciary Committee.

The truth is, the Schiff/Nadler Deep State Spying scheme keeps the Section 215 mandate that communications companies act as the NSA’s filing cabinet and requires they jump whenever the NSA tells them. So the Schiff/ Nadler “reform” is meaningless.

In other words, every American’s emails, phone records, text messages, Internet searches, instant messages, online purchases, and Facebook posts will still be forcibly collected, stored, and searched -- effectively whenever the Deep State wants.

It’s only going to get worse as the rest of the committees of jurisdiction (the House and Senate Intelligence and Judiciary committees) rush to make the March 15 deadline -- before the “USA Freedom Act” expires.

To top it all off, it’s no secret Deep State sympathizers within the Trump administration are clamoring for permeant reauthorization of ALL of the Deep State’s domestic spying powers.

Like always, the statists’ excuse is “security.” 

But regardless of what buzzword they use to defend their assaults on our freedoms, their enemy is ALWAYS the same.

It’s our privacy.  Our liberty.  Our “stupidity” for not trusting them enough. 

Just like the PATRIOT Act, the so-called “USA Freedom Act” traded real liberty for illusionary security. . . this Schiff/Nadler Deep State Spying Sham is more of the same.

As are any of the other thinly-disguised schemes that maintain the domestic surveillance state you and I will see in the coming days.

Liberty-loving patriots MUST send Congress the message loud and clear that REFORM IN NAME ONLY is unacceptable!

The Deep State is hellbent on sending the message that THEY (not the American people) are the ones really in charge of our government.

And if they get their way, that nightmare just may become true.

But you know the stakes.

No government in the history of mankind -- not even the Communist East German Stasi of yesteryear -- has ever held the massive spying power our federal government holds over law-abiding U.S. citizens today. . .

And no government in world history that’s ever sought this power has even been able to avoid the temptation for abuse.

Once the “experts” in Washington, D.C. know how we live, it’s only a matter of time until they start trying to “fix” us by telling us what we can and can’t own, say, read, believe, watch, think, listen to, and teach our kids and grandkids. . .

The good news is, the Deep State’s coup attempt against the president revealed their true colors to many Americans.

Not only that, but even Deep State apologists like Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), are growing squeamish about PERMANENT reauthorization of the USA Freedom Act.

They know there’s abuse. 

In fact, Feinstein even recently complained Deep State officials couldn’t even point to a SINGLE INSTANCE where a terrorist was stopped because of these schemes, saying:

“You want the program to be reauthorized . . . we have to have the reason to reauthorize.”

So if you and I DO turn up enough heat, this is a fight we can win.

For the future of freedom’s survival in America, this is a battle we MUST win.

Just since the lid was blown off our federal government’s domestic surveillance programs in the summer of 2013, we’ve seen story after story hit the press regarding NSA abuses, including:

There are literally thousands of examples of abuse. 

The FBI has become so emboldened, recent FOIA documents show they apparently even targeted me with their snooping programs.

This should be no surprise.  Men aren’t angels. Neither are politicians and government bureaucrats.
 
What’s made our country the greatest and freest nation in human history is that our Founders created a Constitution that’s limited the power -- and therefore the damage -- evil men can inflict.
 
But today, our Constitution’s Fourth Amendment -- which protects American citizens’ right to privacy from government -- is hanging by nothing but a thread.

With it, the protections you and I have against the actions of evil men holding the reins of our own government are dropping like flies.

Mass surveillance, bulk data collection, warrantless searches, and all the rest of the infringements on liberty inflicted on you and me since 9-11 have not increased safety one iota.

Benjamin Franklin famously said, “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”

So, what would Franklin say about those who trade real liberty for the Deep State’s lies that they are keeping us safe?

You and I must take a stand.  And now is the time we must fight.

The Schiff/Nadler Deep State Spying Sham is leaving the station today and this whole fight over reauthorization could all go down by mid-March.

You and I must send a STRONG message before the die is cast.

That’s why I’ve instructed Campaign for Liberty staff to pull out all the stops using mail, email, Internet ads, and even targeted radio and TV ads if I can raise the resources in the limited time we have.
