September has been an extremely busy month for me so far, taking Google to court, filing a lawsuit against a school district discriminating against transgender and gender-nonconforming students, announcing settlements with Kaiser for illegal disposal of hazardous waste and Kroger for its role in the opioid epidemic, and sponsoring bills to strengthen our concealed carry license law and ban hidden fees in California. And there’s even more to come!
Whether it’s protecting Californians from gun violence, infringements on your privacy, or corporate price-gouging, my top priority every day is to fight for each and every one of you.
But as I focus on fulfilling my duty as your Attorney General, I’m counting on this movement to fuel our people-powered campaign along the way.
