For DACA-eligible non-recipients: nothing has changed so new applications will still not be processed
DACA’s future is still in limbo, and with the case likely heading to the Supreme Court, the only thing we know for certain is we’ll need to fight like hell to keep DACA protections in place.
DACA was never more than a temporary solution, though, so this only strengthens the urgency around our demands for a pathway to citizenship. More than ever before, now we need Congress and the Biden administration to step up and protect immigrants.
