The EPA has a $14 billion grant competition to accelerate the rapid
adoption of clean energy initiatives across the country. That’s why
Dream.Org has partnered with the Coalition for Green Capital (CGC) — to
encourage the EPA to establish a national green bank that could
revolutionize the way we fight climate change in the United States.
If established, a national green bank would:
1. Reduce emissions faster by providing more accessible finance options
for clean energy projects.
2. Ensure equitable economic outcomes by prioritizing environmental
justice in underserved communities.
3. Require community engagement so that decisions are made by those who
