We’re preparing to take back the House in 2024, John. That’s certainly not news to anyone.
But we're doing more than just preparing to fight for a Democratic majority. We’re preparing to fight for a Working Families majority.
Last election cycle we sent some incredible candidates to Congress who are working every day to build a nation that works for all of us.
Among those candidates was Delia Ramirez, who made history by becoming the first Latina elected to Congress from Illinois and the entire Midwest — and whose leadership on immigration reform, affordable housing, veterans’ benefits, and more have made her one of our movement’s biggest allies.
To take back the House in 2024, not only do we need to flip crucial Republican-held seats, we also need to protect champions like Delia, John. That’s why we’re enthusiastically endorsing her for re-election to Congress.
Can you split a grassroots contribution of $10 or any amount between Delia Ramirez's campaign and WFP so we can continue fighting for the progress we know is possible in Congress?

As the daughter of working class Guatemalan immigrants, the wife of a DACA recipient, and a former director of a homeless shelter, Delia’s lived experiences have shown her how our country can and must do better to have working people’s backs.
Since taking office, Delia’s been a relentless advocate for the millions of working people who can't afford to pay for lobbyists — sponsoring bills that meaningfully invest in affordable housing, immigration reform, healthcare expansion, public education, and more.
And when she delivered WFP’s SOTU response earlier this year, she laid out a road map to a future that uplifts working people through advancements in economic, social, and racial justice, climate action, and a just foreign policy.
We can take back the House in 2024, John — but only if we put people like Delia, who know our struggles, share our values, and will fight for our futures, back in the majority.
Will you make a grassroots contribution of $10 to fuel our agenda to take back the House with Working Families candidates like Delia? Your donation will be evenly split between Delia Ramirez's campaign and WFP to help rally members across Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District in support of Delia's candidacy for Congress in 2024.
In solidarity,
Working Families Party
