Add your name to ask Senators to prioritize confirming fair judges!

People For the American Way

Supporter,

President Biden has fallen behind former presidents Trump, Bush, and Clinton in the confirmation of judicial nominees at the same point in their presidencies.

This may not seem like a big deal to some, but with 93 vacancies throughout the country – including 18 that are considered “judicial emergencies” – it’s urgent that the Senate continue to prioritize the confirmation of President Biden’s nominees to fill these vacancies!

Join us in calling on the Senate to do the right thing – urge them to prioritize the confirmation of President Biden’s judicial nominees! >>

Until recently, President Biden and Senate Democrats have made excellent progress at filling over 140 judicial vacancies. But that progress has slowed in recent months and Senate offices have been reporting to us that they’re “just not hearing about it from their constituents” so they haven’t been prioritizing it.

Certainly, there are many competing priorities the Senate is facing, but as several of former President Trump’s judges continue chipping away at our rights and freedoms on the lower courts, we must continue pressuring the Senate to act.

By filling the vacancies with fair-minded nominees, we ensure that judges who will uphold the constitution and rule of law will give fair consideration to the cases before them and provide an important buffer from the Far Right’s extreme agenda.

Join us now by calling on the Senate to act – demand that they prioritize the confirmation of President Biden’s judicial nominees! >>

Thanks for being with us in this fight to restore balance and integrity to the federal judiciary.
