DES starts solicitation to replace janitorial contract??
DES is renewing a solicitation for the janitorial services contract 05919, which expires March 11, 2024.?
This contract is for the janitorial services for facilities managed by Washington state agencies, colleges and local governments. We are looking for vendors in three areas: general cleaning, floor cleaning, and window washing.
Small businesses are welcome to bid for all contract categories.

DES updated contract 00816 for trailers, effective Aug. 10. The contract with Fine Family, LLC has been assigned to BF Ventures, LLC. BF Ventures, LLC will fulfill all outstanding orders with Fine Family, LLC.

DES accepting bids for Communications and Marketing Services contract
Vendors can submit bids for a new statewide contract for?communications and marketing services?in WEBS until Nov. 1. This is the first statewide contract of its kind and?a great opportunity for small, diverse, and veteran-owned businesses to get involved in this important work.?

Up to 72 vendors will be awarded contracts, with 28 awards reserved for small, OMWBE-certified or certified veteran-owned businesses. Vendors may be awarded in multiple categories. The estimated annual worth of the contract is $10 million.?
