Fellow Conservative,

The Left has come up with an absolutely outrageous new way to ban guns – framing gun violence as a “public health emergency.”

ICYMI: The liberal Governor of New Mexico has utilized her executive authority to unilaterally ban open and conceal carry in two major New Mexico counties.

This is, of course, not constitutional, but I don’t think she really cares. How do we know that? She told us:

"No constitutional right, in my view, including my oath, is intended to be absolute..."
Enough.

The Left’s underlying motive here is to test how far they can push the law by invoking an “emergency.”

A message needs to be sent to every liberal executive across the country that this unconstitutional overreach cannot stand.

If you want to help us send that message, ADD YOUR NAME to our petition to STOP the Left’s assault on our constitution and DEFUND TYRANNY. ([link removed])
