  • The World Justice Project’s “What Is Rule of Law” page, which provides definitions of the rule of law, as well as examples for why it matters to all countries, including the United States.  

  • This video from the United States Courts explains how the Constitution enshrines the principle that no one is above the law in our democracy. 

  • Constitution Day is also known as Citizenship Day. As part of their celebrations, the National Constitution Center is hosting a naturalization ceremony for 50 immigrants. 

  • The Library of Congress will host University of Buffalo Law Professor Samantha Barbas to discuss her book about freedom of the press and the 1960s civil rights movement.  

  • The American Association of Colleges and Universities is hosting an interactive dialogue between students, professors, and faculty across the country on the U.S. Constitution.  

  • Check out classroom resources from StreetLaw, the American Bar Association, and iCivics.  

  • The National Archives is holding a series of webinars on constitutional issues for students grades K-12.
