Dear John,

At the Network of enlightened Women, we see the challenges that conservative women are up against on their college campuses and want them to feel better prepared. That’s why we created The Conservative Woman’s Guide podcast. This guide provides detailed advice to young conservative women on how to address situations they may face on campus from dealing with hostile liberal professors to preparing for college social life to being effective advocates for conservative ideas. We invite you to listen to these short episodes. If you’ve enjoyed listening so far—thank you! Please consider leaving a five-star review and sharing with your friends. The Conservative Woman’s Guide is available on Ricochet Audio NetworkApple, or wherever you get your podcasts.

Also, September is an exciting month here at NeW, as we celebrate 19 years of empowering conservative women. If you’re in the Washington DC area, I hope you will join us on September 21 to network and celebrate all that we have achieved together at our Anniversary event (read about it below).

Thank you for being a valued member of our network!

All the best,

Director of Programs

Anniversary

NeW held its first meeting on September 29, 2004, at the University of Virginia. Rejected by campus feminists, a group of women led by Karin Lips at the University of Virginia sought to cultivate a community of conservative women by starting NeW. Within six months, students at other universities heard about NeW and wanted to start chapters of their own. NeW has continued to spread one chapter at a time as young women across the country want to be a part of a group that not only educates but empowers conservative women.

Join NeW on September 21 as we celebrate 19 years of educating, equipping, and empowering conservative women. To celebrate our anniversary, we are excited to host an exclusive event in Washington, DC with friends of NeW, DC chapter women, and members of the Professional Network. Food and drinks will be served. We hope to see you there!
