Dear John,
Last year, the FBI seized Scott Perry's phone as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation into the attempted insurrection. Since then, Perry has been fighting to block investigators from accessing his conversations with fellow lawmakers about the effort to overturn the 2020 election.
Yesterday, a federal appeals court blocked investigators from accessing those conversations. We know Scott Perry. We know he was at the center of the plot to steal the election. Now, it looks like investigators and prosecutors may not be able to gather the evidence they need to hold Perry accountable.
That means IT'S UP TO US. Last year, we nearly beat Perry with no outside help. This year, national Democrats are planing to target PA-10, but first we need to build the strongest campaign possible. This is how we hold Scott Perry accountable.
