John,

I want to make one thing clear: your priorities will always be my priorities.

Since the day I launched my campaign for governor, I've been committed to fighting for the things we all care about -- affordable healthcare, safe roadways, and a fully-funded public education system.

But in order to stay on track to put Kansas on top, we need to continue to work together -- and that starts by hitting our $15,000 end-of-month fundraising goal before our midnight deadline on Saturday. Pitch in $5 or more now to help us get there.

When my husband and I were deciding where we wanted to raise our daughters, Kansas was the obvious answer. The schools were second to none, communities worked together, and the economy was thriving. However, the past eight years under the previous administration devastated our state’s economy -- and that's why I've been focused on moving our state forward.

As a state Senator, I was always willing to work in a bipartisan manner, and that hasn't changed since I became governor. I know what happens when Republicans and Democrats work together, and I know we can continue to do so to make Kansas a better place to live.

If you're with me in the fight, please chip in $5 or more before our midnight deadline on Saturday to make sure we hit our $15,000 end-of-month fundraising goal.

Thank you,

Laura
