For example, he has proposed a wealth tax on the super-rich that begins with a 1% tax on wealth above $32 million. On the same day, PRI held an A-list panel of policy experts to discuss the homeless. Pacific Research Institute’s (PRI) latest Single-Payer Poll Watch update shows the overall average support for single-payer health care fell to 46 percent and opposition climbed to 48 percent. Last month, average support and opposition were even at nearly 47 percent each.
