First, Politico published an article saying, "Republicans are looking for Senate candidates who are filthy rich." Not qualified. Not dedicated to public service. Filthy. Rich.

Now, multiple self-funding Republicans (and Donald Trump yes-men) have entered the race against Sherrod to flip this seat red and retake the Senate for Republicans.
