Friend, Late nights in the Senate, weekends meeting with Florida voters, and everything in between, I do to defend the state and country that I love. There is so much work to do to rescue our country from the disaster caused by the Biden Administration. We have to save our country, there is no other option.
I didn’t come from a lot. I grew up in public housing. My family lived paycheck to paycheck.
But there was love, faith, and a hardworking spirit that helped me throughout my life. And of course, my amazing wife and high school sweetheart, Ann, who I married at 19. |
My service to America started right after high school when I joined the Navy as a radar man aboard the USS Glover. |
And when I bought my first business, a donut shop so my mom could have a job, I was so incredibly proud.
I look back on pictures of that business and I can’t help but be grateful to live in America. Only here can a kid from public housing go on to be successful in business and then be a United States Senator.
I’m so passionate about the American Dream because I’ve lived it, Friend. And, I want to make sure our future generations have the opportunity to live their version of the American Dream.
But right now, our freedoms face a massive obstacle; Democrats. Liberals want to take away our freedom and replace it with a system where government elites decide the winners in society. They want us to be dependable on the government, Friend.
But here’s the truth: With hard work, success is possible for EVERY citizen in the greatest country on Earth.
Now, we are all faced with a decision. Do we choose liberal policies or do we choose freedom?
