📌 September 9, 2022: AFL sued the National Archives for illegally concealing federal records related to the Biden family corruption and influence-peddling scandal.
📌 March 2, 2023: AFL released the first set of documents obtained from litigation, revealing, among other items of importance, that Hunter Biden should have registered as a foreign agent under federal law, the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
📌 March 3, 2023: AFL filed a formal complaint with the DOJ's National Security Division against Hunter Biden for failing to register under FARA.
📌 March 20, 2023: AFL released the second set of documents revealing extensive commingling between Joe Biden's Vice Presidential staff, Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca, and the press.
📌 March 22, 2023: AFL released the third set of documents revealing additional collusion between the Office of the Vice President, Hunter Biden, and members of the press to control narratives about the Biden family.
📌 May 3, 2023: AFL released the fourth set of documents revealing evidence of influence peddling and corruption between the White House and Hunter's "private" business dealings overseas.
📌 May 31, 2023: AFL released the fifth set of documents revealing how the Biden family shared influence and access to the Obama White House with their family and friends.
📌 July 18, 2023: AFL sued Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden DOJ for failing to require Hunter Biden to abide by federal law by registering as a foreign agent while Joe Biden was Vice President.
📌 August 30, 2023: AFL revealed the existence of over 1,000 emails between Rosemont Seneca and the Office of Vice President, revealing further evidence that there was no separation between Hunter’s private business dealings and the official business of the Obama-Biden White House. Further, the White House asserted executive privilege to withhold 200 emails in their entirety because their release would “disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors.”
