Hey friend,

The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) turned one year old last month, and Americans are already reaping the benefits.

The IRA is a $500 billion funding package that features the single largest investment in fighting the climate crisis the U.S. has ever made. Those investments are helping to reduce air pollution, prevent wildfires, improve water conditions in underserved communities, spur clean energy investments, create green jobs, and so much more.

But legislation this big brings a lot of questions: How much of that $500 billion is going toward climate? How is that historic climate investment being funded? And where is that money going?

We’ve put together a short quiz to test your knowledge about the Inflation Reduction Act. Give it a whirl → [link removed]

According to recent polling we conducted with partner organizations, nearly 3/4 of California voters believe the effects of climate change have become more severe.

That makes it even more critical that we all know about this huge investment the federal government made last year to take on the climate crisis, and all that the IRA has accomplished over its first 12 months, including all the clean energy programs and good-paying clean jobs it is creating.

So take our quiz to learn more about the Inflation Reduction Act → [link removed]

I hope you get a perfect score!
