Support Morocco and Libya Disaster Relief Efforts

American Muslims for Palestine conveys its deepest condolences to the people of Morocco and Libya who have suffered immensely due to recent natural disasters in both countries.

Last Friday, Morocco was hit by a devastating earthquake that resulted in a staggering loss of 2,900+ lives, leaving thousands injured and causing extensive damage to critical infrastructure. These circumstances have made rescue and recovery efforts even more challenging for the affected communities.

In addition, earlier this week, eastern Libya was struck by Mediterranean storm Daniel, causing severe flooding that led to the destruction of dams and the sweeping away of entire neighborhoods. Tragically, thousands of individuals have been confirmed as either dead or missing.

The situation in both Morocco and Libya is dire, and relief efforts are already underway on a massive scale. We are reaching out to urge everyone in our community to support these critical relief initiatives. We have compiled a list of campaigns led by organizations we know and trust, making it easier for you to contribute to the recovery and rebuilding efforts in Morocco and Libya.
