SBCTE & SBE TO MEET IN CASPER
CHEYENNE - The Wyoming State Board of Career and Technical Education (SBCTE) and Wyoming State Board of Education (SBE) will meet in-person at 8:30 a.m. on September 19, 2023 in Casper, Wyoming. A virtual option will also be made available to the public.
The board will initially convene as the SBCTE and receive an update on public input sessions being held throughout Wyoming to collect input for use in revising the Wyoming Perkins V State Plan.
Upon reconvening as the SBE, the board will take action on its preliminary biennium budget and travel requests. The SBE will review state assessment results and school performance ratings provided by the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE). The WDE will also provide a summary of public input received on the audited state standards.
All SBE meetings are open to the public. The public may attend the meeting in-person at the University of Wyoming - Casper Campus at 125 College Drive #116 Room UU332 or virtually by registering in advance here [ [link removed] ].?
