Hello,

This is frightening: President Trump's campaign has pledged to spend up to $30 million in Minnesota -- a state where the Republicans are running a "mini-Trump" for U.S. Senate.

Jason Lewis, a former congressman and right-wing talk show host -- a man who called people relying on the social safety net "parasites" -- was handpicked by President Trump to take on Democratic Minnesota U.S. Senator Tina Smith in November.

Dark money groups, corporate lobbyists, and Trump allies have already spent millions targeting Tina because she's been a fierce advocate for everyday people -- not a rubber stamp for the Trump agenda -- and she'll continue fighting for all of us if we can keep her in the Senate.

Will you help U.S. Senator Tina Smith stand up to President Trump and "mini-Trump" Jason Lewis before Saturday's end-of-month deadline? Chip in now to help us raise $10,000 to keep Tina fighting for all of us.

Just over a year ago, Tina Smith won a tough special election in Minnesota -- a state President Trump lost by just 1.5% in 2016.

Since then, Tina's stood up for affordable health care for all, fought to reform our campaign finance laws, and has been a steadfast advocate for farmers and rural communities. She's also working to reduce prescription drug prices, and leading a bipartisan effort to lower the cost of insulin so that no one has to choose between paying for medicine or food.

Now Tina's already back up for re-election, and we can't win a new Democratic majority in the Senate without her. That's why special interests are already spending a fortune against her.

We can't let Tina stand alone. Show the opposition that you have her back by chipping in before Saturday at midnight.

Thank you,

Team Casey
