Did you know September is National Voter Registration Month? To celebrate, our staff is organizing exciting community events in all of our regions, from Allegheny to Philadelphia. Registering to vote is a celebration of democracy and voters deserve to have some fun! With 40 days until the voter registration deadline on October 23rd, it is all hands on deck to register voters within our centered communities in time to vote in the November General Election.

Ensuring that voters turn out this November and beyond is CRITICAL.

That’s why we have a plan:

🎒SCHOOLS: We are working to register high school and college students across the state. Low youth participation is disastrous for our democracy and young people alike, and there is too much at stake to sit idly by. That’s why we have launched massive campaigns to ensure this key demographic is engaged, registered, and ready to vote twice a year.

👏 EVENTS: NPP will be at events happening across the state, like football games or concerts, to ensure people know how to register to VOTE! We meet people where they are – out in their communities – to ensure they have everything they need to cast their ballots in November, and we have no plans to slow down.

⚖️ COURTS MATTER: We are spreading the message on social media, on the streets, and across the state of why #CourtsMatter. “We see across the country how important state Supreme Courts have been in protecting our rights,” – our CEO, Kadida Kenner
