There aren't too many people I would say this about, but Perry is absolutely shameless. He is right HE, the one who represents Harrisburg in Washington, has not done a damned thing about the challenges the residents of Harrisburg face.
If you want to show Scott Perry that YOU give a damn about the terrible job he is doing representing us, CLICK HERE to make a contribution to help us defeat Perry.
Between his local supporters who demolish homeless encampments, and his own failure to do anything about access to healthcare, affordable housing, the cost of prescription drugs, and income inequality, all while constantly sabotaging our government with coups or shutdowns, this man has not done a damned thing to help the residents of Harrisburg, or any other community in PA-10.
He refused rescue funds for the city, and opposed broadband infrastructure that would have benefitted every community in the district. When our homeless encampments were bulldozed, he was nowhere to be seen. When our walls/bridges collapse, he is nowhere to help. In fact, many question whether his office is even staffed because when residents need services from their Congressperson, all we hear from ours is crickets.
Are you ready to for a Representative in Congress who will fight to make the lives of all Americans better? A Congressperson who will actually be there to help people during crises, and invest in solving problems? CLICK HERE to support our campaign.
Perry is right to be concerned about the opioid crisis and the deadly impact of Fentanyl. But instead of grandstanding for news cameras, Perry should be taking action to make addiction treatment counseling accessible. The waitlist for help with addiction in his District is ridiculous and he refuses to do a damned thing about it.
He could go after those who produce these deadly drugs, instead he scapegoats immigrants at the border, not the producers. Because frankly, when it comes to solving problems, he is just a coward blustering away in the hopes that he doesn't have to do a damned thing about them.
But the shamelessness here is just amazing, telling us how he has gone about winning election after election, without having to do a damned thing about the struggles his constituents face.
It is obvious that when it comes to really helping people, he is not interested in doing a damned thing about the challenges we face. So next November, it is up to us voters to do a damned thing about HIM.
