Raised in the HD-65, Josh knows what challenges people face in his district. One of his priorities is protecting reproductive freedom, and during his time as Delegate, he has already voted to protect abortion access.
In 2019, Josh became the youngest person and the first Black person elected from the Fredericksburg region to the General Assembly. In 2021, he lost a tough race by less than 1,000 votes. Now, he is running to return to the General Assembly and continue his work on behalf of his community.
This seat is extremely competitive. Democrats must flip this seat if we want to elect a pro-abortion rights majority this November.
