From accepting free luxury vacations to tuition payments to houses paid in full, the unethical behavior from Supreme Court justices is astounding—and that’s just what we know about. 

It’s time for Senate leadership to act. With a new Supreme Court session starting on October 2nd, we’re ready to let the justices know their days of acting with impunity are over. 

Add your name to our petition and demand Senate Democrats vote on a Supreme Court code of ethics and launch an investigation into Justices Thomas and Alito’s unethical and illegal conduct. We will deliver our petition with your name in person to elected officials at the Capitol.

When we ask you to sign our petition, we need you to know that your signature won’t just live on some webpage or piece of paper. We’re planning to march up to Senators Dick Durbin and Chuck Schumer’s offices in October, petition signatures in hand, and demand they get to work curbing Supreme Court corruption.  

And we’re going to get specific about what we want Senate leadership to do. Senator Durbin must use his power as the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee to initiate investigatory hearings into Justices Thomas and Alito's unethical and illegal conduct and to subpoena Harlan Crow and others. Senate Majority Leader Schumer must hold a full Senate vote on a Supreme Court code of ethics.

The American people deserve a Supreme Court that is free from corruption.
