Patriot,
Three words changed my entire life when I was pulled from the fire after my vehicle was struck by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
“I’ve got you.”
The gunner on my vehicle put out the fire that covered my body and assured me that I was going to make it.
Those words signified a change in my life. The life I was living was no longer my own.
Through the grace of God, I was given a second chance at a life that would be dedicated to continued service to my country.
But, while those words gave me a new lease on life… These next three words changed my life even more.
“Sam, I’m pregnant.”
Hearing those three words from my wife turned my entire world upside down.
I knew I was no longer defined by my uniform.
From that day on, I wasn’t just fighting for the country I love NOW, I was fighting for a better America for my child’s future!
That’s still my mission today: ensure my children grow up in a nation that is safe, secure, FREE, and prosperous.
That’s asking a lot these days!
As it stands under Joe Biden, here’s what our children and grandchildren are set to inherit:
- Wide open border
- Emboldened foreign enemies on the rise
- Crime waves sweeping the nation
- Runaway inflation
- A broken public education system
- Record low wage growth
America’s best days will be behind us if we don’t right this ship.
I’m running for the U.S. Senate to do everything I can to leave behind a country that my children and yours can be proud of once we’re gone.
I’m sick and tired of selfish politicians selling out your children and mine to enrich themselves.
