Friend – we have bad news from Texas. 

First: The conservative Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. 

Then: Just weeks later, Texas Republicans issued a statewide abortion ban. 

Now: Republicans are using "abortion checkpoints" on our highways to arrest those traveling out of state for abortions.

Friend, Ted Cruz called the overturn of Roe "nothing short of a massive victory." 

He won't stop until all reproductive freedoms are stripped away.  

In the Senate, Colin will fight tooth and nail to save Roe and codify abortion, restoring Americans' reproductive rights once and for all.
