Bringing Wisconsin Common Sense Back to Washington
Friend,

Every August, I bring my entire staff from Washington, DC to Northeast Wisconsin and take them on a tour across the Eighth District. During the trip, we travel over 1,000 miles through all 11 counties to meet with business and community leaders alike.

In doing so, we have one goal in mind: to bring a dose of Wisconsin common sense back to DC. This year was no exception.

Whether it was Bailey’s Harbor Fish Company or Jet Air, at every step of the way, my whole team got to see firsthand what makes Northeast Wisconsin so special: the people that work here and call our community home.

As Congress comes back into session, we’re ready to hit the ground running to find solutions to the problems we learned about. And most importantly, we’re ready to work overtime to ensure that Northeast Wisconsin continues to be the greatest place to live and raise a family in the whole world.

From myself and my entire staff, thank you to the businesses and people who took the time to meet with us, share their work, and show us what Northeast Wisconsin is all about. We can’t wait for next year.

And on that note, if you’d like us to visit your business or organization for the next District Tour, please contact my office in De Pere at 920-301-4500.

Semper Fi,
