Since being sworn into Congress, I have vowed to hold lawmakers and people in power accountable. And my work has not stopped.

Most recently, I have been fighting for an investigation into former White House Senior Advisor and son-in-law to Donald Trump, Jared Kushner.

While the MAGA GOP continues to obsess over President Biden’s family and private citizen matters, they refuse to answer or investigate why Jared Kushner, a former Senior Advisor to the President of the United States, received $2 billion payment to his company from the Saudi Crown Prince led-fund 6 months after he left the White House.

[link removed] [[link removed]]Kushner was in a high-stakes foreign policy role while serving in the White House and was regularly responsible for U.S. diplomacy in the Middle East. Yet, House Republicans refuse to investigate the billions of dollars he received from the Crown Prince to enrich his business.

As a member of the House Oversight Committee, it is my responsibility to advocate for and investigate the truth. And that includes Jared Kushner’s involvement with Saudi Arabia and whether he reaped financial benefits after using his position to reshape U.S. foreign policy toward Saudi Arabia.

We must hold him, all other lawmakers, and anyone in positions of power accountable. And as long as I am in Congress, I will continue to do so.
