I'm reaching out to ask you to make a $3 contribution to support our campaign. I promise, there's a very good reason why:

In just a few days, our team will close the books on February fundraising. That's important because hitting our monthly fundraising goals is how we stay on track to report a really great number when our FEC report goes public at the end of this quarter (and how we outraise Susan Collins again!).

So here's the part where I ask:

Will you make a $3 contribution before our end-of-month deadline hits this Saturday at midnight? I wouldn't ask if it weren't truly important.

John, ours is one of the most competitive Senate races in the country. Susan Collins' approval ratings are lower than ever, and a recent poll shows Sara Gideon leading by one point!

That means every quarter between now and Election Day, our fundraising numbers are going to be put under a microscope.
