The Policy Coordinator will support ASAN’s Policy Team to document knowledge, stay organized, and keep on top of emerging issues. They will work closely with the Deputy Director of Public Policy and the rest of the Policy Team. The job is a salaried position paying $60,000 annually with comprehensive health insurance and other benefits, a retirement plan, commuter benefits for office-based workers, and up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year.
The Policy Analyst will lead ASAN’s policy work in selected issue areas. They will work closely with the Legal Director and other members of the Policy Team. The job is a salaried position paying $65,000 annually with comprehensive health insurance and other benefits, a retirement plan, commuter benefits for office-based workers, and up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year
The Development Manager is a junior leadership role and will work closely with ASAN’s Operations team to fundraise, write grants, and lead our overall fund development efforts. The job is a salaried position paying $68,000 annually with comprehensive health insurance and other benefits, a retirement plan, commuter benefits for office-based workers, and up to 5 weeks of paid time off per year. This position has growth potential. We are looking for someone to guide ASAN’s transition from a distributed development model to a centralized development department, emphasizing values-based strategy and best practices.
