C-Track is unavailable
OAH continues to experience performance issues with C-Track, OAH's Workers' Compensation eFiling system. Minnesota IT Services is actively working with the software vendor to investigate and resolve the issue that is impacting C-Track.
Please do not eFile at this time.
eFiled submissions will not be processed or accepted until system issues are resolved.
If you have a filing that is statutorily due before this issue is resolved, please email your filing to [email protected] or mail your filing to:

If you file using an alternate filing method, you are responsible for serving the other parties to the case as needed.
