NextGen Leaders,
This spring at our NextGen Listening Sessions, you expressed the desire for more connection with your NextGen colleagues around the state. To this end, we're excited to introduce monthly virtual meet-ups!
Our goal is to connect leaders to one another, talk about topics that pertain to your ministry, share ideas and help develop ideas for each other. We know the experts on NextGen ministry are within our Conference (spoiler alert: It's YOU!). We're excited to create a space you to collaborate and connect as we walk on this shared ministry journey together.
Children's Ministry Virtual Meet-Up
Gather together with other children's leaders in Missouri to talk about seasonal topics and general things that come up in ministry. While we might share some resources, the primary goal is for leaders to learn from other leaders. Come with your ideas! Come with your questions! Come with your successes and failures! All of them are welcome as we learn together in community.

Join college-age and young adult ministry leaders across Missouri for a time of connection, idea sharing and fellowship via Zoom.

Join NextGen Ministries for an educational event about generations Z and alpha, aka people ages 26 and younger. Together with experts from Barna and the Great Plains Annual Conference we’ll explore the motivations, mental health and habits of these new generations. You’ll walk away with strategies for reaching out and engaging with the youngest members of your church. Laity and local church leadership are encouraged to attend.
