**Senate scheduled to gavel in at 9:30AM, Tuesday, Sept 12th.
**Senate Rules & Operations Committee is set to consider S749 (No Partisan Advantage in Elections) sometime during the week.
**House Rules Committee meets in the LB Auditorium at 1:00PM to consider a PCS to S749 (No Partisan Advantage in Elections)
 
**Override Votes of Governor's Veto of S747 are expected this week (most likely Weds or Thursday morning)
 
**House resumes session at 9:30AM, Tuesday, Sept 12th, with Elections & Campaign Finance Committee meeting in LOB 423 to consider H770 (Access to Voted Ballots)
**House Rules Committee meets in the LB Auditorium at 1:00PM to consider a PCS to S749 (No Partisan Advantage in Elections)

NCEIT 10 Poll Observer Classes for Municipal 2023 Elections Begins 9/12/23
 
There are 90 counties in NC holding municipals elections. Check with you local Board of Elections to find out if your county is involved. If so, please take advantage of this great training to be an effective Poll Observer, Judge, or Poll Worker.
 
Classes will beTuesday, 9/12. Wednesday, 9/13. Tuesday, 9/19 and Wednesday, 9/20 three different times of the day. Find out how to sign up at the link below.
