TOPEKA *— Today, after signing Executive Order 23-05 [ [link removed] ] on August 28 to establish an advisory panel that will gather public input and make recommendations on the needs of a proposed 50-bed psychiatric hospital in south central Kansas, Governor Laura Kelly announced 14 appointments to the following state board.
